All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences. 

 

Pricing

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. 

 

Orders 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled after payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

 

Payment

We accept payments via secure payment gateways provided by Shopify. All transactions are encrypted and protected.

 

Shipping

Shipping is available within Malaysia only. Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service. Onni will not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. For other items, exchanges are only accepted for defective products within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

 

Product Care

Our jewelry is designed for everyday elegance but requires proper care. Please avoid contact with water, perfume, and chemicals to prolong its lifespan.

 

Allergies Disclaimer

While we carefully select materials, individual sensitivities may vary. We do not guarantee that all products are completely hypoallergenic.

 

Limitation of Liability

Onni shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products.
