Shipping Coverage 

We currently ship within Malaysia only.

We ship from Sarawak, Malaysia. 

 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business working days after payment confirmation. 

Orders are shipped from East Malaysia. Delivery to West Malaysia may take slightly longer than usual. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may be slightly extended. Thank you for your understanding.

Flat Rate Shipping: 

RM 10 East Malaysia 

RM 15 West Malaysia 

 

Free Shipping 

Free shipping is available within Malaysia💝

West Malaysia- purchases RM280 & above       

East Malaysia- purchases RM180 & above

 

In Store Pick-up

Local customers in same area with ONNI may collect in store. 

 

Estimated Delivery Time 

West Malaysia: 5-8 business days

East Malaysia: 3-5 business days 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message or email with tracking details (if available). Damaged or Lost Parcels ONNI is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to assist you.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before completing your order. ONNI is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
