Return & Refund Policy
At Onni & Co., we take great care in ensuring every piece you receive meets our quality standards. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return
Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including gift box/pouch, unbroken tags, and cards). For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or special-order items 

3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging
We will review and arrange for a replacement or refund once approved. 

4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. How to Request a Return
